- Wrigley – Item 4-6 - Page #3 – Check to see if Hwy. Dept. has submitted Form “H”, the Safety Manual Receipt Form, acknowledging review of the manual.
- Alcaidinho – Item 4-7 - Page #4 – Complete purchase of Defibrillators.
- Alcaidinho – Item 4-8 Page #3 - Visit the library to discuss the evacuation plan with library employees.
- Lemere – Item 4-9 - Page #4 – Assist Library Director in having the fire escape stairway evaluated by a structural engineer to determine if it’s safe.
- Caswell – Item 4-9 - Page #4 – Initiate repair of the library attic railings by T. Romanoski.
