BUILDING COMMITTEE MEETING (FSBC)
December 9, 2015
In attendance: Fire Chief John Alcaidinho, Vice Chairman Mike Pivero, Jim Ryan, Joe Lingal & Trisha McCarthy. Trisha McCarthy transcribed the minutes.
Vice Chairman Pivero called the meeting to order at 7:12 pm; seconded by Mr. Ryan.
Guest: Kelly Davis, from Port One Architect
Acceptance of Minutes: Chief John Alcaidinho MOVED to approve the November 30 minutes; Mr. Ryan seconded; unanimous approval
Review Conceptual Design
Review Conceptual Design with Kelly Davis from Port One Architects: Extensive discussions on the Cost Estimate Sheet for subject property at 8 Merrimac Road. Includes General Conditions, Site Work, Concrete, Steel, Carpentry, Thermal & Moisture Protection, Doors & Windows, Finishes, Building Specialties, Mechanical Systems, and Electrician System.
Motion made by Jim Ryan to allow Co-Chair to consolidate the final cost estimate for presentation to Selectmen. Second by Chief John Alcaidinho; all in favor, motion passes

Mr. Pivero MOVED to adjourn at 8:45 pm; Mr. Ryan seconded; unanimous.
