BUILDING COMMITTEE MEETING (FSBC)
November 30, 2015
In attendance, in alphabetical order: Fire Chief John Alcaidinho, Trisha McCarthy, Chairman Dennis Moran, Vice Chairman Mike Pivero, Jim Ryan. Jim and Barbara White are excused from meeting.
Trisha McCarthy transcribed the minutes.
Chairman Moran called the meeting to order at 7:10 pm; seconded by Mr. Pivero.

Acceptance of Minutes
Chief John Alcaidinho MOVED to approve the November 12 minutes; Mr. Ryan seconded; unanimous approval
Review Conceptual Design
Review Conceptual Design with Kelly Davis from Port One Architects: Extensive discussions on room sizes, locations, electrical requirements, alternative systems, generators, & cisterns as well as design of interior/exterior of subject property on 8 Merrimac Road. Modifications made have been marked onto plans which also allow for growth. Additional work will be done on the driveway and elevations which will tie into the overall cost estimates.
Meeting Dates:
Next meeting dates will NOT be 12/7/15, instead it will be Wednesday-(12/9/15) at 7pm at Town Hall. Then another meeting on Tuesday-(12/15/15) (location to be decided)
