Call to Order, Roll Call Vote
Vice Chairperson Nancy Slombo opened meeting at 7:50pm ~ In attendance; Sandy Estabrook, Trisha McCarthy, Selectman Liaison Lisa Gonyer. Minutes were transcribed and typed by Trisha McCarthy

Correspondence:
- Newton Planning Board deigned a plan for 10-12 Marcoux Road. It would have made a non-conforming lot.
- UNH training guide for stewardship. Free download www.newengland.stewardshipnetwork.org/training-guides BMP stewardship
- Flyer from Rockingham Economic Development Center
- Annual Rockingham Country Conservation District flyer. Cost per person is $25.00 . Date of event is 4/27/16 at Brentwood community Center. Motion by Selectmen Gonyer to pay for four members of conservation commission to attend. Second by Slombo, all in favor.
Other Business:
- Conservation Commission has ordered 5 cases of earth day trash bags. They will be picked up by Transfer Station Manger. Selectman Goyner has posted the Earth Day flyer on Facebook. Webmaster has posted flyer on Town of Newton Website.
- McCarthy will contact Newton Greenhouse for seeds to give out to volunteers during Earth Day in Newton. .
- Reviewed map 11-10-4 4-1 to 4-6.. Fitz Plan Sub-Division .. Need hay bales or silt fence to assist ground water and BMP should be used for erosion and sediment control (note 3 on page 4). Con Com is requesting (note 5 plan 1) an alternative designs since no “Storm Water Management Plan has been required”. Selectman Goyner made motion to send letter to Fitz Development, Slombo second and all in favor. Letter will be sent to Selectmen, Road Agent, Fitz Development and Planning Board and Town Engineer Mike Vignale
Slombo moved to adjourn at 8:40. ~Second by Goyner with a unanimous vote.
