Call to Order at 7:30pm
Roll Call Vote taken by Chairperson Peter Mears, Sandy Estabrook and Trisha McCarthy Jacklyn Heffner, Nancy Slombo, Selectman Liaison Lisa Gonyer. Minutes were transcribed and typed by Trisha McCarthy
Introduction of Guests: none
Chairman Meats spoke to Dave LeClaire and Joe Freeman to get an idea of profits should we decide to do a cut for best management practices on some of the Conservation Commission...
Earth Day will be on April 23, 2016. McCarthy will call to check on prices for water bottles. Order 50 water bottles and order 200 key chains, Gonyer second all in favor. Earth Day will be observed in Newton will be the 23rd.
Transfer Station will be where the committee will give out the water bottles to the first 100 residents that bring in the trash bags.
The commission voted to send an email to the Web Master and the Town Administer requesting a new email address and the conservation computer to be replaced. .
