Call to Order at 7:40pm
Roll Call Vote taken by Vice Chairperson Nancy Slombo, Jacklyn Heffner, Sandy Estabrook and Trisha McCarthy (Selectman Liaison Lisa Gonyer had to leave to attend a meeting at a different location) Minutes were transcribed and typed by Trisha McCarthy
Introduction of Guests: none
$7,125.00 to conservation from Land Use tax for Heath St., Lot’s 39,41,43. Motion by Vice Chair Slombo to accept land use tax and have treasurer deposit in Conservation Fund, second by Sandy Estabrook, all in favor
Discussed overdue bill from NH ASSOC. McCarthy will call the NHACC for copies of overdue bills.
Discussed the potential for a Forrester to come into and discuss Best Management Practice for cutting in sub-divisions. This will be addressed at further meetings
Earth Day will be on April 23, 2016. Water bottles will be ordered and given out at the Transfer Station to the first 100 residents bringing in Earth Day Trash Bags
Estabrook motioned to check with Town Administrator about replacing the conservation computer that was turned over to the Town IT department about 2 years ago). Second Heffner and all in favor. Commission would like it replaced and also have the IT set up our email address.
