AGENDA
Chairman Peter Mears took a roll call vote and opened the public meeting at 7:43
- In attendance for meeting were: Pat Wonson, Jaclyn Heffner, Sandy Estabrook and Trisha McCarthy. (minutes were transcribed and typed by Trisha McCarthy)
- The committee finalized the Annual Town Report for Town Administrator Nancy Wrigley
- Motion by Peter Mears to except the meeting minutes from December 18th, 2014 second by Sandy Estabrook and all in favor.
- Chairman Mears was contacted by Mr. Jordan Piper, 14 Heath St. Jordan has expressed interest in the committee and Chairman Mears said he will join us for one of our meetings.
- Talked about Old Lower Road and abutter from 14 Wallace Street. After conservation commission members conducted a site walk on Old Lower Road there does not appear to be any violations by the wetlands and the trail is being cleared and is in good shape.
- Meeting Calendar was discussed for 2015 and is as follows:
- 1/15/15
- 2/515 & 2/19/15
- 3/5/15 & 3/19/15
- 4/2/15 4/16/15
- Earth Day to be celebrated on 4/18/15
- 5/7/15 & 5/21/15
- 6/4/15 (only one meeting in June)

- 8/6/15 (only one meeting in August)
- 9/3/15 & 9/17/15
- 10/1/15 & 10/15/15
- 11/5/15 & 11/19/15
- 12/3/15 & 12/17/15
- 1/7/16
Having no further business Chairman Mears motioned to adjourn at 8:30pm. Second by Sandy Estabrook with a unanimous vote.
