Meeting Minutes
Present: Vice Chair Nancy Slombo, Pat Wonson, Jacklyn Heffner and Trisha McCarthy

Vice Chair Slombo called to order with a Roll Call Vote at 7:40pm
Agenda
Announcements and communications:
- 1. Brochure from Southeast Land Trust (passed around to all)
- 2. Brochure from Woodard and Curran (passed around to all)
- 3. Copy of paid invoice from Knowles Tree Service for $1600.00 (this for for the Cat Mulcher on the Busch Farm. Funds had been encumbered from 2013.
- 4. Complaint against Map 8-02-06. The only section pertaining to the Conservation Commission would be allegations of processing material (gravel and concrete) at that location. Will wait to have a site walk with the building department.
- 5. Check LCHIP for $800.00 as a payment to recognize that the Stewardship Committee has submitted an acceptable 2013 monitoring report for the towns LCHIP Protected Property. Slombo moved to depoist check in the Stewardship Account via the Town Treasurer.
- 6. DES report file # 201402856 for subject property map 16/23-7/BL5 on Zachary Lane. Report says application is incomplete.
- Appointments approved by the Board of Selectmen:
a. Jacklyn Heffner as a Conservation Commission member expires 4/15/16
b. Sandra Estabrook as a Conservation Commission member expires 4/15/18
c. Nancy Slombo as a Conservation Commission member expires 4/15/17
d. Nancy Slombo as a Stewardship Committee member expires 4/15/19
e. Trisha McCarthy as a Stewardship Committee member expires 4/15/18
- Other Business: Jackee suggested getting signs made for some of our trails. We will check with the man who has done it in the past.
- Other Business: It was brought up to contact George Dolac at 14 Wallace St., about moving a truck by the old lower road. Jackee moved to contact home owner, second by Pat, all in favor. Trisha will contact home owner.
Motion by Vice Chair Slombo to close public meeting and adjourn at 8:30pm Second by Pat Wonson Motion passed with a unanimous vote.
