Agenda
Communications and Letters:

Discussed potential DES violation. Suraci (one of the abutters) has complained to the Board of Selectmen. As a result of the activity on map 11, lot 19 which altered the terrain, there is now standing water on his lot and may have impacted lots 17 and 18. Part of the standing water may be due to an improperly installed drainage pipe.(which does not have a permit to construct). The drainage pipe exits in the rear of lot 19. Neighbors are complaining about excessive standing water.

It has been reported to the Conservation Commission there may be a concern of debris being processed on the aquifer. We need to protect the native vegetation on the aquifer. Nancy made motion to conduct a site walk on property owned by Coleman on Saturday May 10, 2014 at 9:00am. Second by Sandy Estabrook,.. all in favor. It was decided to meet in the parking lot of S & R on Rte. 108, Newton, NH and then car pool in. Trisha will notify Colemen.

Other Business:
Discussed the property on Smith Corner Road (formally owned by Todd Fitzgerald) now owned by Lewis Builders. The construction has started to continue develop the 55+ community. Conservation will continue to monitor this site. The access to the "Trolley Track" needs to remain in tack.

Also the Board of Selectmen reappointed Nancy Slombo as a regular member of the Conservation Commission, however, she should have been reappointed as the Vice Chair of the committee. A memo will be sent to the selectmen to correct this appointment.

Conservation commission also will verify Pat Wonson’s appointment to make sure she is still a current active member. Adjourn

Motion by Chairman Mears to close public meeting and adjourn at 8:30pm Second by Sandy Estabrook, Motion passed with a unanimous vote.

Respectfully Submitted,
Trisha McCarthy
