Minutes for May 16, 2013
Attendance:

Meeting called to order at 7:40pm.
Sandra recorded the minutes.
Old Business:
- Mary Marshall has received the check for monitoring at Hidden Acres.
- Appointments for Pat 3 years and Trisha have not been given to secretary.
Correspondence:
New Business:
- Intent to cut 30 Maple Ave. Tax Map 10, Block 10 Lot 40. It has brought to our attention of work being done on the scenic road. Trees and stone walls being disturbed. After investigation the plans dated April 2007 were found. Sheet RA1 clearly states which trees were to be removed and that any stone walls disturbed shall be replaced. Motion was made to bring the plan to the attention of the Planning Board.
