1. Peter motioned to write a letter addressed to Sandra Bearce, Trustee of Bearce Revocable Living Trust., located at 6 Merrimac Road, Newton NH.
The letter written will be in regards to a Conservation Commission Site Walk held on May 3 ,2012 at 7 pm. Members of the Conservation Commission had walked the premise. In result they did not discover any impact to the wetlands. There was evidence of fresh cut trees, however, these trees were not encroaching on the wetlands. Nancy Second the motion. All in Favor.

Jacklyn discussed her attendance to Conservation Conversation Night held on March 18, 2012. There she had conversed with the members of the Kingston Conservation Commission. Jacklyn discussed the evening, and informed the board that members of the Kingston Conservation Commission are interested in working with Newton’s Conservation Commission in the near future.
