21 Heath Street canceled. Owner request.
Corner of Pricilla Ln and Smith Corner Rd. Mike stated that the road floods during rain and ice builds up in winter. He would like to regrade the road to improve field of vision when pulling out of Pricilla Ln and correct the water problem. A culvert would be added and piped under the road. Peter noted that this area does look like it has had standing water in the past. There appears to be a small pond in back. Sandra asked if a plan would need to be engineered. Mike stated he did not think so. Pat and Peter did not think the improvements would impact the existing area.
Maple Ave. east of Patriot Dr. Mike stated that water comes across the road and builds up into ice in winter. Would like to install culvert and run pipe under road to direct water to town owned land next to 31 Maple Ave. Maple Ave is a scenic road thus falling under Conservation. It was noted that there are no large trees in this area that would be disturbed. However there is a stone wall. Sandra suggested that if any rocks were to be moved that they were to be saved and the wall rebuilt as part of the final grading. Mike agreed and stated he would maintain the integrity of the area. Mike will contact the Planning board and ask of a possible subdivision plan that might exist in the work area.
