New Business: Town Hall Road- Winter storage for sand and salt supply. An email will be sent to Mary regarding Conservations concerns for storage on Town Hall Road.
1. Expansion of Road, Town Hall Road is narrow and not a sensible location for such storage.
2. Transfer Station is an ideal location- due to its size capacity, there is enough storage space for the salt and sand supply.
3. Using the Transfer Station for storage allows the invasive plants to remain in one area, instead of creating invasive plants were they currently do not exist.
Other Business: Conservation discussed and reviewed plans for Scott Boches of Essex Equity Reality Trust. Located at 25 Storey Avenue #190 Newburyport, Ma 01950.
For construction on parcel - Tax Map 7, Block 6, Lot 9-1. Project Name: Peaslee Crossing Road, Quaker Street. Newton, NH.
Trisha will write a letter to support this plan that depicts four homes built with one shared driveway. Approximately ten acres will be donated to Conservation that would preserve open space for our watershed and environment.
Conservation is requesting that the donated land is shown on the deed and Mylar.
Adjournment – Trisha made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:15 pm. Seconded by Nancy. All In Favor.
Respectfully Submitted,
