Conservation Commission Draft Minutes for March 1, 2007


Attending were: Alicia Raddatz, Peter Mears, Pat Wonson,
Nancy Slombo, and Kim Vaillant.
Guest: Rich LeClare

Alicia Raddatz called the meeting to order at 7:40 pm

Minutes Review from February 15, 2007
Peter made a motion to except the minutes
Nancy Seconded.
All in Favor.

Correspondence: 1. University of New Hampshire, Landscaping at the Water’s Edge
                        An Ecological Approach to Landscaping Shoreland Property.
2.      Received Bank Statements. $138,078.60 is our current balance.
3.      New Hampshire Municipal Association Legislative Bulletin, February 16, 2007
4.      New Hampshire Municipal Association Legislative Bulletin,
5.      February 23, 2007
6.      Memo from the Selectman’s Office regarding the Municipal Officials’ Workshop on Auto Salvage Yards. Amended State Law makes changes to the licensing procedures.
7.      Interoffice Memorandum  regarding Town Owned Inventory List.
Members of Conservation will make a list of any Bio Monitoring or Trails Equipment, and bring it to the ext meeting.
8.      S.E.C. & Associates, INC. Surveyors & Engineering Consultants.
Regarding Rosewood Builders, LLC. Subdivision and Lot line adjustment. Georges Way, Tax map 3 Block 14 Lots 14, 14-20, 14-21, 14-22. Kim Vaillant will research who is governing this area and it’s legalities.

Trails: Nothing to report at this time.
Land Acquisition: Nothing to report at this time.
Wetland Cases: Nothing to report at this time.

Old Business: Nothing to report at this time.

New Business:     1. Pat inquired about the purchase of conservation signs. Nancy on   Stewardship will handle it.
                        2. Peter will deliver check on Currierville clean up.

Other Business: Nothing to report at this time.

Kim Vaillant made a motion to adjourned the meeting at 8:10
