Correspondence:
1.      S & R Construction Enterprises (Tax map 14, block1, lot 24) have given us a plan and it is unclear of what the storage area is and what is going to be stored?  What are the boundaries of storage building?  No snow storage allowed in Aquifer Area.   We need a full set of plans (we only received a photo-copy of the first sheet of the plans) so we can understand the storm water management plans.  Trisha will get these questions back to Planning Board.
2.      Sara Realty Trust (Whispering Pines Campground) Map 5, block 1, lot 5 and Map 2, blcok2, lot 10 and map 2, block 2, lot 1.  Plans are difficult to read.  We have questions about the leach field, the storm water management plan, season definition.  A representative of the conservation commission will go to the planning board meeting on the 10th.

Busch Farm: Some tracks going into the Busch Farm.

 Trails:   nothing at this time

Land Acquisition: Fish and Game Club still wants to donate a parcel of the land they own. It has to go through the proper channels, votes etc. and will be discussed at their next meeting.  The area has Atlantic White Cedar.  Jan. 19th is the next meeting for them.

Wetland Cases:
1.  Heath Street cutting that is being done.  There is a permit in place.  We will continue to monitor this.

Old Business:
1.   Invite Phil Auger to one of our meetings to discuss conservation ideas and easements.
2.   Trisha asked for assistance in moving file cabinets.  Everyone said they would help and a Saturday would be the best day.

New Business:  Pat Estabrook (d/b/a Teddy Bear Day Care) wants to donate her wooded ship that the kids play on,  to the recreation committee.   Nancy will discuss it at her next meeting.
