Correspondence Changes:

Memo from Nancy Wrigley re: conversation with Andrea Lewy Assessor and Trisha McCarthy (Con Com Chair).   It was requested that any property that the Conservation Commission holds easements on now or in the future would be kept on a list that will be shared with the assessor and the building inspector.  This will assist them when presented with requests for permits.
At this time the only Easement is Hidden Acres.

Busch Farm:

Busch Farm:  Phil Ozier spoke with both Mary and Trisha about his concerns for ATV activity on the Busch Farm.   The area he was referring to is not new activity.  It was discussed to mention this to Police Chief for monitoring activity further ATV’s on the property.

Trails:     Nothing at this time.

Land Acquisition:  Attorney Phil Parry is working on the P & S and title search for Wilder’s Grove Cottage Owner (sellers) & Con Com (buyers)

It was further decided that Mary Marshall would contact Nancy Marden about her property from now on.

Discussion continued about buying more land vs. putting easements on land we already own.   It would cost a lot to survey property for easements.  It was decided to look at master plan and narrow down what we should preserve and discuss further at next meeting.

Wetland Cases:  No business at this time.

Old  Business:

2.      Decided to have a site walk on Patriot Drive at 5:00pm on 8/10/05

Trisha made motion to adjourn, Seconded by Pat and all in favor
