- Elect Chairman and Secretary
- Discuss removal of fallen trees at Highland & Willow Grove
- Review 2008 budget expenditures
- Review 2009 “Default” Budget
- Money available
- Non-maintenance projects
- Discuss plan to resurface 300’ section of Highland Cemetery roadway (Warrant Art. #32)
- May have to close that section of road prior to resurfacing
- Discuss 2009 Cemetery Maintenance contract & schedule
- Review / Update “Cemetery Regulations”
- Discuss / review re-design of lots in back section of Highland Cemetery
- Addition of roadways
- Change size of gravesites
- Contact lot owners affected by changes
- Discuss Memorial Day requirements
- Willow Grove Cemetery
- Double sale of lot & burial in lot
- Re-open for lot sales?
