MINUTES
Date June 8, 2015
Call to Order: 7:02pm
Roll Call: Mary Winglass, Chair, Public Relations/Programmer; Sally Woodman, Secretary; Diane Morin, Station Manager; Marilyn Landry, Vice Chair, Chris Liquori, Consultant
Minutes from Previous Meeting of May 13, 2015: Marilyn moved to accept the May 13, 2015 minutes as written. Mary seconded and the vote passed unanimously.
Budget: The budget is on track.
Correspondence and Communications: On June 22, 2015 a District Area Meeting will be held at 6:30pm.here at the Town Hall. The School Boards from Newton, Kingston and Freemont will be involved .Mary asked for an operator on that date. Diane asked how many microphones would be needed and Mary said she would find out. Diane said she would try to acquire an operator for that night.

Unfinished Business:
- The committee reviewed the Memorial Day Parade and everything seemed to go fine. Mary mentioned that it would be nice if we could see those inside the cars as they passed. Diane said it would take two cameras.
New Business:
- Chris Liquori brought 3 quotes in for the committee’s perusal. The quotes were discussed line by line. It was decided that more details were needed before the committee could make a recommendation to the BOS. Chris will obtain further details and bring them to our next meeting.
Other:
- Chris may have a lead on another operator.
