MINUTES
December 9, 2014
Call to Order: 7:10pm
Roll Call: Sally Woodman, Secretary; Diane Morin, Station Manager; Marilyn Landry, Vice Chair
Minutes from Previous Meeting of November 3, 2014:
Diane motioned to accept the minutes as written. Marilyn seconded and motion passed unanimously.
Budget:
- As of December 9, 2014 the balance in the Cable Revolving Fund is $117,757.47.
Correspondence and Communications:
- The NHHC sent us a memo that our annual membership dues of $50.00 is due by January 31, 2014.Diane motioned to pay the dues with monies from the Revolving Fund. Marilyn seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Review Programing Scheduling: None
Upcoming Events: None
Unfinished Business:
- Update on the wireless microphones: They are now working and Connor labeled all the microphones.
- Possible solution for interruption of background music for Channel 20: The problem has been corrected by using the radio tuner that is in place.
New Business:
- The committee discussed the evaluation of Jim Paone. At the conclusion the committee will recommend the following: Marilyn motioned to recommend a merit increase to the BOS from Grade XI, Step 3 to Grade XI, Step 5. Diane seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
