Minutes from Previous Meeting of May 13, 2012:
Mary W motioned to accept the May 13th minutes. Diane seconded and it passed unanimously.
Budget: The latest budget reviewed by the committee.

Unfinished Business:
- The cable committee met with Scott DePanfilis. Scott was asked if he had any problems with his evaluation. He said he was satisfied with it.
- After Scott left Donna was asked if she had any concerns about her evaluation. She, too, was satisfied with hers as well.
- Mary announced that the selectmen would be meeting on July 17th. At that time the BOS would review both evaluations for merit increases.
