CABLE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER: 5:35P.M.
ROLL CALL: Diane Morin, Chair; Mary Winglass, Public Relations/Programmer, Sally Woodman, Secretary;
Susan Godin and Tavish Forsyth, cable operators;

This meeting was a working meeting. We met in the cable room to sort and test the equipment we thought we needed to tape the February 2nd Deliberative Session held at the Middle School. A representative from Comcast was scheduled to help us choose and utilize the proper equipment but due to illness was not able to attend.
We decided to meet at the Town Hall on February 2nd at 4:00p.m to gather the needed equipment and then go to the Middle School to set things up.
