Cable Meeting Minutes of Oct 18, 2005
Meeting opened at 7:10pm
Attending were: Andrew Morse, Norman Harding, Jim Melkemes. Guest were Jim McGrail and Seth Blonder of Verizon
1. Jim McGrail spoke on Verizon Cable Contract with PEG discussed and the Deliberate Session tech. Town hearing to be held before contract is accepted with Verizon.
2. The Dvd/Vcr is up and running. We can now offer either Vhs or DVD for copies of all events.
3. Cameras in the town hall need to be cleaned with one camera having trouble focusing. Andy going to check on it
4. New lighting to be installed in the upstairs hall. Lighting needs to be checked as to how it will effect the taping of the meetings.
5. The Selectmen have requested that the next site walk to be taped by cable committee.
