MINUTES OF THE MEETING of December 12, 2016
CALL TO ORDER at 7:35 PM by Chairman Tom McElroy
ROLL CALL: Chairman Tom McElroy, Vice-Chairman Alan French,
Jack Kozec, Alternate Frank Gibbs
Absent: Brad Cardoso, Michael Connolly, Alternate Ken Pelletier
Mr. Gibbs was made a voting member.
ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES: A motion to accept the minutes of the meeting of November 14, 2016 was made by Mr. McElroy. Frank Gibbs requested that the word ‘monthly’ (meeting) be added in to the proposal to pay Board of Appeals Secretary for two hours minimum for each monthly meeting. Second by Mr. French. All in favor. Motion carries.
NEW BUSINESS:
No new business.
ADJOURNMENT: Motion to adjourn was made at 7:40 pm by Mr. McElroy. Second by Mr. Kozec. Motion carries.
NEXT MEETING will be Monday, January 9, 2016.
