MINUTES OF THE MEETING of October 10, 2016
CALL TO ORDER at 7:29 PM by Chairman Tom McElroy
ROLL CALL: Chairman Tom McElroy, Vice-Chairman Alan French, ,
Alternate Frank Gibbs
Absent: Brad Cardoso, Michael Connolly. Jack Kozec, Alternate Ken Pelletier
Mr. Gibbs was made a voting member.
Guest: Kristal DeHart, newly hired Secretary to the Zoning Board of Appeals
ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES: A motion to accept the minutes of the meeting of January 19, 2016 was made by Mr. French.
Mr. Gibbs wants the minutes amended to include two additional names to the group excused for the recess period at the last meeting: Tina Cardoso, Code Enforcement Officer, and Attorney Devine, Mr. Lemere’s attorney.
Motion was made to accept the minutes as amended was made by Mr. French. jSecond by Mr. Gibbs. All in favor. Motion carries.
NEW BUSINESS:
BUDGET FOR 2017: After discussion, Mr. French made a motion to return to the 2016 Default Budget. Second by Mr. Gibbs. All in favor. Motion carries.
Mr. McElroy was reminded that he, as representative of the Board of Appeals, will be meeting with the Selectmen on Tuesday evening, November 1, 2016.
ADJOURNMENT: Motion to adjourn was made at 7:40 pm by Mr. French. Second by Mr. Gibbs. Motion carries.
NEXT MEETING will be Monday, November 14, 2016.
