MINUTES OF THE MEETING of January 19, 2016
CALL TO ORDER at 7:30 PM by Chairman Tom McElroy
ROLL CALL: Chairman Tom McElroy, Vice-Chairman Alan French, Brad Cardoso, Michael Connolly, Jack Kozec, Alternate Frank Gibbs
Absent: Alternate Ken Pelletier,
ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES: A motion to accept the minutes of the meeting of December 15, 2015 was made by Mr. Cardoso. Second by Mr. Kozec. All in favor. Motion carries.
NEW BUSINESS:
Discussion: Terex Environmental Equipment

Mr. Tim Bernier called to request permission for a site plan scale, as the company which purchased the former BCI property wished to put up a new sign. Since there were 23.5 acres there would be a need of multiple sheets of plans. He requested a smaller scale: 1”=50’ (2 pages) or 1”= 100’ (1 sheet).
The Board felt that there was no problem, since the concern would be on the street and nothing within the property.
No other new business or old business.
At 7:45 pm, a motion is made by Mr. Kozec to adjourn. Second by Mr.Cardoso. All in favor. Motion carries.
At this time, there was more discussion on various Town Zoning Ordinances, and several Town and State regulations.
NEXT MEETING will be Tuesday, February 16, 2016.
