MINUTES OF THE MEETING of December 16, 2014
CALL TO ORDER at 7:30 PM by Chairman Tom McElroy
ROLL CALL: Chairman Tom McElroy, Vice-Chairman Alan French, Jack Kozec, and Alternate Michael Connolly
Absent: Dana Allison, Bradley Cardoso, Alternate Ken Pelletier
Guests: Attorney P. Parry, Nancie Conlon (& renters of her property), Scott Frankiewicz (engineer), Abutters: Mr. & Mrs. Antczar, & Mr. Roger Hamel (representative
of the Homeowners Association). Mr. Rick Milner, (representative of the Planning Board).
Mr. Connolly was made a voting member.
ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES:
A motion was made by Mr. Kozec to accept the minutes of the meeting of November 18, 2014. Second by Mr.French. All in favor. Motion carries.
NEW BUSINESS:

The Applicant is seeking variances for additions to the home, which were built prior to her ownership and without the proper permits (10 ‘ for the deck, and 6’ for the octagonal addition. Section 14, paragraph 3 (location on lot).
Discussion: Plans were not to scale
There were no proper measurements… No arrows and/or handwritten items are acceptable.
Variances requested were not clear
No denial from Building Inspector
Applicant and Attorney Parry will get all the necessary changes and additions to the paperwork, and submit everything to the Secretary by January 6, so that a Public Hearing may be scheduled.
Review was adjourned at 7:45 pm.

The Applicant is seeking variances for the allowance of structures within the 200’ sideline setback where they are abutting a Residential Zone. The Applicant is also seeking variances in order to put in a 24’ wide access road, sidewalks, and other associated roadway construction.
Discussion:
Mr. Milner explained what the Planning Board was seeking. This should not be a ‘blanket variance’, but site specific. The Applicant needs to have 2 plans: a sub-division plan, and then the baseball field area. The sub-division plan needs to be dealt with first. If approved, then they would need to request the variances for the baseball fields. This may be done separately, or on the same evening.
Discussion on the plan of the areas showed to the Board, and the adjustments that need to be made.
In order that the Public Hearing be held at the next meeting (January 20, 2015) all the plans (separated: sub-division plan, baseball field plan), with all the associated measurements, and variances requested must be submitted by January 6, 2015.
Review for Baseball Legends was adjourned at 8:40 pm.
