MINUTES: Meeting of Tuesday, April 16, 2013
CALL TO ORDER at 7:30 PM by Chairman Tom McElroy
ROLL CALL: Chairman Tom McElroy, Vice-Chairman Alan French, Dana Allison, Jack Kozec, Alternate Matt Burrill
Absent: Bradley Cardoso, Alternate Ken Pelletier
ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES:
Meeting of February 19, 2013. A motion was made by Mr. Kozec to accept the minutes as written. Second by Mr. Burrill. All in favor. Motion carries.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Distribution of NH Planning and Land Use Regulation books
Town and City publication passed around
Reminder of Training Session at Town Hall on Thursday, May 9, 2013 (9am to 11 am)
- 19th Annual Spring Planning and Zoning Conference to be held May 11, 2013 at the Radisson Hotel in Manchester, NH. Must register on-line. No apparent interest.
- Election of Officers:
Mr. Allison made a motion to keep the same slate of Officers in the coming year. Second by Mr. Kozec. All in favor. Motion carries.
OLD BUSINESS: Research and discussion of a possible appeal coming next month. Members are urged to bring any pertinent materials to the next meeting.
ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made at 7:46 PM by Mr. Allison to adjourn. Second by Mr. Kozec. All in favor! Motion carries.
Next meeting will be Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at 7:30 PM.
