MINUTES: Meeting of Tuesday, February 19, 2013
CALL TO ORDER at 7:38 PM by Chairman Tom McElroy
ROLL CALL: Chairman Tom McElroy, Jack Kozec
Absent: Vice-Chairman Alan French, Dana Allison, Bradley Cardoso, Alternate Ken Pelletier & Alternate Matt Burrill
ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES:
Meeting of January 15, 2013. A motion was made by Mr. McElroy to accept the minutes as written. Second by Mr.Kozec. All in favor. Motion carries.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Mr. McElroy made a motion to cancel the meeting of March 16, 2013, since there was nothing scheduled for that time. Second by Mr. Kozec. All in favor. Motion carries.
Mr. McElroy wanted to notify each of the members whose terms are expiring March 31, that they should go to Town Hall and do the necessary before the next meeting.
Mr. Dezmelyk will be so advised. Members up for renewal are Mr. Cardoso, Mr. Kozec, and Mr. Pelletier.
- Elections will be at the April meeting.
OLD BUSINESS: No old business
ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made at 7:43 PM by Mr. McElroy to adjourn. Second by Mr.Kozec. All in favor! Motion carries.
Next meeting will be Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 7:30 PM.
