CALL TO ORDER at 7:30 PM by Chairman Tom McElroy
ROLL CALL:
Chairman Tom McElroy, Jack Kozec, Alternate Matt Burrill, Alternate Ken Pelletier Absent: Vice-Chairman Alan French, Bradley Cardoso, Dana Allison
Mr. Burrill and Mr. Pelletier were made voting members.
ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES:
Meeting of October 16, 2012. A motion was made by Mr. Kozec to accept the minutes as written. Second by Mr. Burrill. All in favor. Motion carries.
NEW BUSINESS: No new business
OLD BUSINESS: No old business
Discussion.
ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made at 7:40 PM by Mr. Kozec to adjourn. Second by Mr.Burrill. All in favor! Motion carries.
