MINUTES: Meeting of Tuesday, October 16, 2012
CALL TO ORDER at 7:28 PM by Chairman Tom McElroy
ROLL CALL: Chairman Tom McElroy, Dana Allison, Jack Kozec, Alternate Matt Burrill
Absent: Vice-Chairman Alan French, Bradley Cardoso, Alternate Ken Pelletier
Mr. Burrill was made a voting member.
ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES:
Meeting of September 18, 2012. A motion was made by Mr. Allison to accept the minutes as written. Second by Mr. Burrill. All in favor. Motion carries.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Municipal Law Lecture Series, Newington, NH.
The last of the Lecture series, scheduled for October 24, 2012, will be “Procedural Basic for Planning and Zoning Boards”. Members have all attended one of these, so no one was interested in going at this time.
- 71st Annual Conference of the NH Local Government Center, scheduled for November 14-15 at the Radisson Hotel, Manchester, NH. No interest.
- The annual “Gas Emergency preparedness” meeting sponsored by Unitil will be November 8, 2012. No interest at this time.
OLD BUSINESS: No old business
ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made at 7:36 PM by Mr. Allison to adjourn. Second by Mr.Burrill. All in favor! Motion carries.
Next meeting will be Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 7:30 PM.
