MINUTES: Meeting of Tuesday, April 17, 2012
CALL TO ORDER at 7:30 PM by Chairman Tom McElroy
ROLL CALL: Chairman Tom McElroy, Vice-Chairman Alan French, Jack Kozec,
Dana Allison, Bradley Cardoso, & Alternate Matt Burrill
Absent: Alternate Ken Pelletier
ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES:
Meeting of March 20, 2012. A motion was made by Mr. Kozec to accept the minutes as written. Second by Mr.French. All in favor. Motion carries.
REVIEW OF PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR MICHAEL TREADWELL.
It appears that Mr. Treadwell has all the forms needed, including the permits from the Department of Environmental Services, and the denial from the Building Inspector. The only problem seems to be that the Criteria (Variance Standards) are not legible. Mr. Allison makes a motion that the Public Hearing go forth with the stipulation that the Criteria be done over more legibly. Second by Mr. Kozec.
Mr. French notices that there is no plan number, no well or septic indicated on this plan. Mr. Allison amends the motion presented, adding that the plan include the well location, the septic location, and the Plan Number. Second by Mr. Kozec. All in favor of the amended motion. Motion carries.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Correspondence: Workshop on May 8, 2012 in Exeter regarding “Workforce housing proposals”. No one interested.
Election of Officers:
Mr. Allison makes the motion to retain the present slate of Officers. Mr. Kozec seconds the motion. All in favor. Motion carries.
ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made at 7:43 PM by Mr. Allison to adjourn. Second by Mr. Kozec. All in favor! Motion carries.
