MINUTES: Meeting of Tuesday, March 20, 2012
CALL TO ORDER at 7:30 PM by Chairman Tom McElroy
ROLL CALL: Chairman Tom McElroy, Vice-Chairman Alan French , Jack Kozec,
Absent: Dana Allison, Bradley Cardoso, and Alternate Ken Pelletier, Alternate Matt Burrill
ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES:
Meeting of Tuesday, February 21, 2012. A motion was made by Mr. Kozec to accept the minutes as written. Second by Mr.French. All in favor. Motion carries.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Matt Burrill was not named in the Town Report as an Alternate member. Was he in fact sworn in? The Secretary will check with him.
- Spring Workshops offered by the Local Government Center
- Informational materials sent to the Board from Attorney Kalman for review.
- Discussion of changes to the Application for Public Hearing.
Mr. French makes a motion to no longer accept decimals on plans submitted for review. All measurements submitted by the Applicant and the engineers must be in feet and inches, or the Applications will not be accepted. Second by Mr. McElroy. All in favor. Motion carries.
Mr. French also requests that Applications be turned 1 month prior to the Public Hearing for review by the Board. All in favor. The secretary will attend to this matter.
ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made at 7:55 PM by Mr. Kozec to adjourn. Second by Mr.French. All in favor! Motion carries.
Next meeting will be Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at 7:30 PM.
The secretary will be away from April 10 – April 23, 2012. One of the Board members will be responsible for the minutes of the April meeting.
