MINUTES: Meeting of Tuesday, December 21, 2010
CALL TO ORDER at 7:30 PM by Chairman Tom McElroy
ROLL CALL: Chairman Tom McElroy, Vice-Chairman Alan French,
Alternates Charles Melvin, Sr. and Ken Pelletier.
Absent: Dana Allison, Bradley Cardoso, Jack Kozec
Mr. Melvin and Mr. Pelletier made voting members in the absence of Mr. Allison, Mr. Cardoso, and Mr. Kozec.
ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES of the November 16, 2010 meeting.
Mr. Melvin made a motion to accept the minutes as printed. Second by Mr. McElroy. All in favor. Motion carries
NEW BUSINESS:
- Mr. McElroy partially read to the other Board members the “Information from the Code Enforcement Officer”
- Mr. McElroy reported on his meeting with Selectmen for a review of the Budget request
- Year End Report was reviewed and Mr. McElroy said he would get to the report for the Town Report immediately.
- A Copy of the Board’s “Activity in 2010” was passed out to the Board. Schedule for 2011
- A printed copy of the Schedule for 2010 was given to each member
- Chairman McElroy reviewed the new publication from the Local Government Center:”Town and City” and then it was passed around to the other members.
OLD BUSINESS: None.
ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made at 7:45 PM by Mr. French to adjourn. Second by Mr. Melvin. All in favor. Motion carries.
