MINUTES: Meeting of Tuesday, November 16, 2010
CALL TO ORDER at 7:30 PM by Chairman Tom McElroy
ROLL CALL: Chairman Tom McElroy, Vice-Chairman Alan French,
Dana Allison, Bradley Cardoso, and Alternate Charles Melvin, Sr.
Absent: Jack Kozec and Alternate Ken Pelletier.
Mr. Melvin made a voting member in the absence of Mr. Kozec.
Second by Mr. French. All in favor. Motion passed.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Discussion of the Budget for 2010. A motion was made by Mr. Allison to take 10% off the 2010 budget on all line items, except the salary line. Second by Mr. French. Motion passed 5-0.
- Discussion of the Memorandum from Newton Code Enforcement Officer
- Discussion of the Flyer from Local Government Center (Workers Comp. Program)
OLD BUSINESS:
None.
ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made at 8:05 PM by Mr. Allison to adjourn. Second by Mr. French. Motion carries 5-0. Next meeting is to be December 21, 2010 at 7:30 PM.
