MINUTES: Meeting of Tuesday, October 19, 2010.
CALL TO ORDER at 7:30 PM by Chairman Tom McElroy
ROLL CALL: Chairman Tom McElroy , Vice-Chairman Alan French,
Dana Allison, Alternate: Charles Melvin, Sr.
Absent: Bradley Cardoso, Jack Kozec, and Alternate Ken Pelletier
Mr. Melvin was made a voting member in the absence of Mr.Kozec.
ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES: Meeting of September 21, 2010. A motion was made
by Mr. Allison to accept the minutes as written. Second by Mr. French. All in favor. Chairman McElroy abstains as he was absent at the last meeting. Motion carries.
NEW BUSINESS:
- NH Municipal Law Lecture Series has normally scheduled lectures at this time, but no one has had any information. Mrs. Clark will call in the morning.
- Zoning Amendment Calendar
- Publication from Local Government Center
ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made at 7:40 PM by Mr. Allison to adjourn. Second by Mr.French. All in favor! Motion carries.
Next meeting will be Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at 7:30 PM. Mrs. Clark does not expect to be present. She will try to find a replacement.
