MINUTES: Meeting of Tuesday, February 17, 2009 in the Planning Board Office.
CALL TO ORDER at 7:30 PM by Chairman Tom McElroy
ROLL CALL: Chairman Tom McElroy, Vice-Chairman Alan French,
Bradley Cardoso, Charles Melvin, Sr.
Absent: Dana Allison, Jack Kozec, Alternate: Ken Pelletier.
Mr. Melvin was made a voting member in the absence of Mr. Allison. All in favor.
Guests: 2 residents of Wenmark Road…
ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES: Meeting of January 20, 2009. A motion was made by Mr. Melvin to accept the minutes as written. Second by Mr. French.
Motion carries.
The new NH Planning & Land Use Regulation, 2008-2009 Edition, was distributed to the members present.
NEW BUSINESS: Letter from Attorney Ryan, representing Mr. Pica of Whispering Pines, amending the variance request from 15 to 18 sites, as was requested by the Board at the last meeting.
OLD BUSINESS:
A. Planning Board minutes were distributed
B. Distribution of four (4)Legislative Bulletins from the New Hampshire Municipal Association.
C. Discussion of the Planning Board’s request for a letter of recommendation from the Board of Appeals to be added to their application for Plan New Hampshire’s Design Charrette Program.
Motion was made by Mr. Cardoso to provide this letter of recommendation. Second Mr. McElroy. All in favor. Motion carries
unanimously. Letter to be written by the secretary and signed by Mr. McElroy before Monday, February 23, 2009.
Board members inquired about the agenda for next month. According to Planning Board minutes, T&M Property Maintenance should be submitting an application for the next meeting.
ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made at 7:50 PM by Mr. Melvin to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Cardoso. All in favor! Motion carries.
Next meeting to be Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at 7:30 PM.
