MINUTES: Meeting of May 20, 2008
CALL TO ORDER: at 7:30 PM by Chairman McElroy.
ROLL CALL: Chairman Tom McElroy, Vice-Chairman Alan
French, Bradley Cardoso, Jack Kozec.
Dana Allison, Alternate Charles Melvin,Sr.
Absent: Alternate Ken Pelletier.
Also present: Rob Peterson, and Guest.
ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES: Meeting of April 15, 2008. A motion was made by Mr Kozec to accept the minutes as written. Seconded by Mr French. Motion carries.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Interoffice Memo from Board of Selectmen
2. Workshop on ‘The New NH Comprehensive Shoreland Protection Act” Monday, May 5, 2008 (this workshop has already passed).
3. Annual Meeting of the Rockingham Planning Commission at the Atkinson Resort & Country Club…evening of June 22.
4. Discussing of Mr. Peterson’s filing with RC Superior Court & letter from Atty. LaPointe accepting to represent the Town.
5. Potential Shoreline violation: e-mail and photos should have been sent to the Code Enforcement Officer, Bob Donovan.

2. Review of Planning Board minutes
3. Discussion on the difference between Board of Adjustment and Board of Appeals… The Board acts as the Board of Adjustment only for appeals of Administrative decisions… otherwise, they are one and the same.
ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made at 7:45 PM by Mr Kozec to adjourn. Seconded by Mr French. Motion carries. Next meeting to be June 17, 2008 at 7:30 PM.
