I. Call to order: Chairman McElroy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.
II. Roll Call:
In attendance were Chairman Tom McElroy, Vice-Chairman Alan French, Dana Allison, Jack Kozec and Alternate Charles Melvin. Absent: Bradley Cardoso, and Alternate Ken Pelletier.
III. Acceptance of Minutes:
A motion was made by Mr French to accept the minutes of the meeting of August 15, 2006, as written. Second by Mr Allison. Motion carries.
IV. Old Business:
A. Review of Planning Board minutes of August 22, 2006.
It was noted that Mr Blaisdell’s hearing still had not been scheduled.
B. Review of letter from C. McDonough to Planning Board concerning the Occupancy Permit for the new structure.
C. Review of new statements from Donahue, Tucker & Ciandella law firm…
V. New Business:
Mr Kozec and Mr Melvin had received the confirmation from the Local Government Center concerning the Municipal Law Lecture Series. Mr French has of yet received nothing. Mrs Clark will check on that.
VI. Adjournment:
A motion was made at 7:45 PM by Mr Kozec to adjourn. Second by Mr French. Motion carries.
Next meeting to be October 17, 2006 at 7:30 PM.
