Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will convene on Tuesday,
November 18, 2014 at 7:30 PM in the Town Hall, on South Main Street, Newton, NH. A Public Hearing is requested by Victory Fuel, 191 South Main Street, Newton. The Applicant is requesting variances from the Town of Newton Zoning Ordinance Section XXXIII, Aquifer-Watershed Protection Ordinance #4c (Prohibited use).
The Applicant is seeking to place a new 4000 gallon diesel fuel storage tank that was removed from this facility less than two years ago, when it was permitted without benefit of relief from this ordinance.
