The Applicant is seeking variances from Section XV Residential A Zone Regulations #3 in order to maintain a constructed roof and an existing front deck and step which are not 65’ from the center line of the street.
Also, a variance from Section XXVII of the Wetland Zoning Ordinance #8B, in order to maintain an existing deck and step which do not have the required 25 foot sidelines from the westerly side and the easterly side.
