Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will convene on Tuesday,
February 18, 2014 at 7:30 PM in the Town Hall, on South Main Street, Newton, NH. A Public Hearing is requested by Peter Stoddard (for Pamela Brown & Gary Anderson) for property at 41 Wilders Grove Road in Newton, requesting variances from the Town of Newton Zoning Ordinance:
- Section XV- Residential A Zone Area Regulations, Section 3 – Location on lot:
The proposed structural setbacks in the plan do not conform to the requirements of the Ordinance. (page 17).
- Also, the location of the proposed structure does not conform to the wetland buffer zones required by the Town of Newton Zoning Ordinance Section XXVII-B (page 26).
