The Newton Board of Appeals will be holding a public meeting on Tuesday,
September 17, 2013 at 7:30 PM, at the Town Hall on Main Street.

- Acceptance of Minutes of the August 20, 2013 meeting.
- New Business:
Application Review for Mr. Coleman McDonough.
Property Tax map 014-01-027-4.
There is a request for variance on setbacks… According to the meaning of “structure” in the Newton Zoning Ordinance, the Planning Board denied the Applicant’s Site Plan Review and approval for Phase II if Lot 27-4.
Last check to see if anyone is interested in attending the Rockingham Planning Commission Regional Master Plan Update Conversations to be held September 9, September 23, September 25 (topic: Transportation, Development and Housing). Also, they will have conversations on Land Use, Natural Resources, Energy & Climate Change, and Cultural & Historic Resources. These will take place October 7, October 10, and October 23.
