Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will convene on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at 7:30 PM in the Town Hall, South Main Street, Newton, NH. A public hearing is requested by Antonio Pietrantonio, 114 North Main Street, Newton, NH 03858.
The Applicant is seeking:
Several variances from the dimensional requirements of Residential A Zone Area Regulations, pursuant to Section XV, #3. The Applicant is requesting a reduction of the side and rear setbacks in the areas on his lot which are noted to be ‘poorly drained soil” and/or “wetlands”, in order to rebuild his house with a deck and attaching the garage..
