The Newton Board of Appeals will be holding a public meeting on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at 7:30 PM, at the Town Hall on Main Street.

- New Business:
Request from Attorney John Ryan for a ReHearing pursuant to RSA 677:2, for Ronald J. Pica, Sara Realty LLC, Whispering Pines Campground, 8 Wenmark Road, Newton, NH 03858 Map #005-01-005.
The Appeal is from the Town’s Residential Zoning Ordinance for Expansion of Non-Conforming Uses, Section XIX, Paragraph 2: The Applicant had requested a variance in order to add 15 additional sites to the Whispering Pines Campground. The request was denied at the March 17, 2009 meeting, and also at the August 18, 2009 meeting. However, the concern is that the Board’s vote on the issues was contrary to the earlier vote taken in March.
