The Newton Board of Appeals will be holding a public meeting on Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at 7:30 PM, at the Town Hall on Main Street.

Correction to be made on page 10: Line 9 should read “the expansion will NOT have a substantially different impact”.

Rehearing for Robert Peterson and the Abutters of Whispering Pines Campground, (Ronald Pica, Sara Realty LLC) Wenmark Road, Newton, N.H. 03858
Property in question: Map #005-01-005
(See letters from Attorney Ryan, and Mr Peterson’s Motion for Appeal).
Applicant requests a rehearing on the decision of the Board of Appeals, which was acting on appeal from the Decision of the Planning Board pursuant to RSA 676:5 (the Applicant’s proposed expansion, 38 more sites, “did not qualify as a natural expansion” under Section XIX of the Zoning Ordinance). The Abutters are requesting appeal from the Board of Appeals’ decision of November 20, 2007, regarding decisions made on Sections 1 & 2 on “natural expansion”.
