The Newton Board of Appeals will be holding a public meeting on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at the Town Hall on Main Street.

IV. Review of the Cynthia Wilson Decision (9-18-07): first variance should have read “from the center of the right of way (easement)” rather than “center line of the road”.

Applicant is requesting a variance in order to remove the existing garage, replacing it with a new structure, with a new foundation (poured concrete with rough for ½ bath), in the same location. The proposed garage is to be a 36’ x 24’ structure, with a second floor & a shed dormer in the front of the structure.
