2. Application for Variance pursuant to Section XIX (2) such as to allow the expansion of the Whispering Pines Campground for the present 80 campground sites to 118 sites (38 new sites), if necessary.
B. Cynthia Wilson, for property owned at 42 Wilders Grove Road, Newton, N.H. 03848 (Map # 002-03-024)
Request for appeal from the Residential A Zoning Ordinance, Section XIX, Paragraph 3, dealing with non-conforming lot. The Applicant proposes the removal and rebuilding of the garage, requesting side line and center of road variances.

Request for appeal from Residential A Zoning Ordinance, Section XIX, Paragraph 3, dealing with expansion of non-conforming uses.
The Applicant proposes the removal and rebuilding of the dwelling on a non-conforming lot.
