The Newton Board of Appeals will be holding a public meeting on Tuesday, July 18, 2006 at the Town Hall on Main Street, Newton, N.H. The Board will open the public meeting at 7:30 PM.

II. Acceptance of Minutes of meeting of May 16, 2006
III. Public Hearings:
1. Continuation of Public Hearing for Richard LeClaire of 51 Wilders Grove Road (for land at 9 Pond Street) Newton, N.H. (Map # 101-02-015). The Applicant is requesting a variance from the Zoning Ordinance, Section XIX, dealing with the expansion of a non-conforming lot.
2. Public Hearing for David & Carolyn Kelly, 5 Elm Street, Newton, N.H. (Map # 006-14-006). The Applicant is requesting a variance from the Residential A Zoning Ordinance, Section V, Paragraph 3, requesting a variance on right side setback (18 feet) and also a variance from the centerline of the street, in order to replace an existing porch with a farmer’s porch.
3. Public hearing for Charles Blaisdell & Michelle Blaisdell-Geldart, 44 Bear Hill Road, Newton, N.H. (Map #017-04-005). The Applicant is requesting appeal from Residential a Zoning Ordinance, Section A, Paragraph 2, dealing with frontage (less than 150 feet). The Applicant is requesting a variance of 10 feet.
