Zoning Board of Adjustment

Members Present: Thomas Vannatta (Chair), Elizabeth Ashworth, Bill Cluff (Alternate) and Lacy Cluff (Alternate).
Mr. Vannatta opened the meeting at 10:00 a.m.
Notice is hereby given that the Newbury Zoning Board of Adjustment will conduct a Site Visit on Saturday, September 23, 2006 at 10:00 am on location at 46 Brats Cove Road, Newbury, NH. The Site Visit will be held prior to a Variance hearing for Richard and Suzanne Rothstein. Newbury Tax Map 017-639-294.
Dierdra Shea and Greg Pellettieri, authorized representatives for the Rothsteins showed the Board the site for the above noticed site visit including where the setbacks where the proposed building was going to take place.
The Board asked about tree removal and Mr. Pellettieri said that all of the trees that were going to be removed would be marked on the plan presented on Monday, September 25, 2006.
