MEETING (in accordance with Chapter 303 Acts of 1975).

This may not include Saturday, Sunday or legal holidays. Newbury Town Hall business hours are Mon., Wed. and Thurs. 8-4 and Tuesday from 8-7.  Faxed or E-mailed postings must reach the Clerk’s office during business hours 48 hours prior to the meeting.
                                                                                                
AGENDA

7:30 pm – A continued hearing for Natalie & Joseph Holtgrefe (7 Northern Blvd/U02-204) to increase the height & lot coverage of an existing non-conforming structure.

8:00 pm – James Simas & George Simas (80 Southern Blvd./U01-0-183) to increase the height on two existing non-conforming structures.

8:30 – Helen & Brian Buia (26 Southern Blvd./U02-0-63) 97-4D to increase the height, lot coverage & the allowed floor area ratio and Section 97-4 D (5) (b) as the number of proposed bedrooms exceeds what is allowed on an existing non-conforming structure.
